Using Owner Operator App

These Terms are between you and Ricerca Labs, a Wyoming corporation (mailing address: 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801), the provider of Owner Operator App. The app helps organize paperwork, business records, calculations, and reminders. Check extracted details and estimates against your originals.

Uploading a document does not itself file a return, renew a license, receive a payment, or send paperwork to a broker.

Subscriptions

The current plans are $49.99 per month or $499.90 per year, in U.S. dollars. Check the final amount and billing interval before confirming payment.

Subscriptions renew automatically. Manage payments and cancellation from Your account.

Refunds

Request a full refund within 7 days of your first charge, no questions asked. After those 7 days, charges are nonrefundable. To request a refund or get billing help, email hello@ricercalabs.com.

Cancellation

Cancel before your next renewal to stop the next charge. Your access, including readable business records, continues through the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancellation takes effect at that time.

Your records & account deletion

You can download your records and originals from Settings. After cancellation takes effect at the end of your paid period, we retain your account and records for 30 days, then delete the account and its live records. Download your records before your paid access ends.

If you request account deletion, we remove your live account and paperwork within 7 days of the request. Backup copies cycle out within 30 days of the request. Payment records held by Stripe follow its own retention rules.

Texas law governs these Terms. Venue for disputes under these Terms is in Texas.
